March 4th, 2026: Accommodation plan and Bus shuttle service plans are ready
The plans on where you shall sleep are now also available here. If you have asked for shuttle service to the sports halls, you can also find the plans for Saturday morning and evening. Sunday mornigs plan will follow late Saturday evening after the last matches have been played.
Please assist us in being ready at the given time, as the bus need to follow the plan, so others will not be late for their matches.

February 4th, 2026: Participant list and Classes is now updated.
Again four nations will meet in Odense. We have registered 41 Clubs with a total of 115 teams, which will play in 8 Classes.
You can see the Participants, Classes and Match locations via these links, or find them in the menu at the right side (or bottom for smartphones). This is also the place we later will add the accommodation overview, more about the tournament and find links to our online match program and the transportation plans.
We are exited to meet you all in Odense!
January 2026: WOW! Within 1 day you filled up both the Registration- AND the Wish-lists!
Extreme amounts of registrations for the 2026 Masters is registered. Our CREW is totally blown away!
– BUT unfortunately we don’t have the possibilities to make such a BIG event!
While not compromising the quality and amount of matches, we took the decision to use last years levels on having maximum 16 teams in a Class and a little less in the youngest B-Classes.
This means we had to disappoint many Clubs on not participating in 2026 Masters. 🙁
All Clubs should now have been informed, so we will continue on the Match Program, Accommodation, Bus plans etc. More on this later!
We look forward to see you all in Odense for the Scandinavian Masters 2026.
October, 1st, 2025: Registration changes to wishlist registrations.
We experience a high interest in registration for 2026. So we have decided to change to wishlist registrations already now. Thanks for your interest in our Masters. We will come back to each of you starting of November.
October 1st, 2025: Registrations for 2026 are now open.
Please use the new form for registration. First you will register you as contact for the Club, then you will register numbers of the teams per Class. Once a week, we will run through the list and mail final confirmations to each. You can find the Registration form here.
Don’t wait too long… last year we closed the registration after only 10 days.

March 1st, 2025: Have you met Sandra Brunke?
We have partnered up with Volley USA, Sandra Brunke. She will be here to hand out flyers and tell about scholarships. You can primarily find her in Dalum, but she will also visit the other Sports Gyms.

March 1st, 2025: The Shuttle BUS plans for tonight are ready.
We will use the same two busses as this morning, but they will drive in circles, like a Metro Circle.
The YELLOW BUS will drive from Dyrup to Sanderum, to Klostermark, to Hunderup, to Hjallese to Dalum and back to Dyrup and so on. The BLUE BUS will drive the other way around. So pick the shortest way.
Please note there can only be five teams in the bus at any time. If the BUS is full, you will have to wait for the next. Remember to bath where you are playing. Dinner will be at the place you sleep.

March 1st, 2025: The Masters are running!
With over 1150 players and trainers, playing on 118 teams from 5 nations; we have reached several records! The Teams are competing in 8 classes, played in 8 Sport Halls across Odense City.

DU17B and HU17 have been reduced to 16 and 12 teams. New Match Program are updated.
Due to the huge number of participants and therefore many shuttle bus transfers, we have moved some Matches to start later. Please check the Match program and updated Guidelines for all classes.

A few changes to participants have been registered, so we now are 122 registered teams.For the ladies in age 15 and age 17, we have splitted the Class into two individually Classes. An A and B Class. This for better flow during the tournament.

New huge record in participating! We are totally surprised about the high registrations to the 2025 Masters. In only 10 days we reached the limits for the tournament and created a standby list.
We have added 2 sport halls and a school more to our Masters. Even that is not enough!

We have closed for registrations now, but a Stand-By list are available, if you still want to participate.
Danish U20 teams, who registrer before November 1st, will be given a spot.
Meantime we will look in to each class and optimize with participants from Stand-By list.

March, 1st, 2024: Shuttle service Saturday Morning

Hi all,
We are almost ready for the weekend. There are a few minor details you need to observe. The Ladies U20 has been modified. In general I recommend you to check the tournament plans Friday evening. Also bus plans will be informed during Friday for Saturday morning. I can highly recommend you to sign up on our facebook group “Scandinavian masters – by DHV” Here we will also post information.
For the teams playing at Dyrup Bellinge Kultur- & Idrætscenter the bus cannot take you all the way to the sports gyms. On the attached photo DBK sportsgym follow the green line to get to the entrance. When doing lunch take the rear exit of the gym and follow the yellow line to the school.
For the teams playing at Skt. Knuds Gymnasium the bus cannot take you all the way to the sports gym. On the attached photo of Skt. Knuds follow the green line to get to the entrance to the sportgym as this is at the back of the school.
Where you are dropped off this will also be the pick up point.
At Hjallese school the bus will pick you up/drop you off outside on the parking lot.
In Hunderup school the bus will come to the entrance of the school and pick you up/drop you off on the driveway.
For teams playing at Dalum the bus will drop you off/ pick you up in from of the school (100 m from the sports gym) as the bus cannot enter the parking area due to the number of parked cars. It will also be at the school the lunch is served.
Breakfast and dinner will be served where you are sleeping and lunch where you are playing.
For teams at the Sanderum school you will be able to transport yourself, except for a couple of teams. These we will shuttle with our minibus (9 seats)

The Accommodation plans are now finalized. Please find your local Masters contact on the schools when arriving. They will show you the rooms for your teams. Pleas be aware of leaving the rooms in same conditions on sunday. Meaning tables and chairs should be placed in same setup. Thanks in forhand 🙂

With a few adjustments the list of participant and classes, we have now added updates to the site. With 102 teams participating this year, we have added another SportsGyms. We are totally surprised of the interest we see this year! Thanks!

January 14th, 2024: On this Royal day in Denmark, we have decided to close for more registrations. With 103 registered teams from 5 nations and 18 teams on the waiting list, it have been a huge interest!
We thank you for your trust and look forward to meeting you all soon.
We have added a SportGym and another school for accomodation.
The pages to the right, will from now on be updated to 2024 version as we are getting closer to the masters.

February, 8th: We have reached 95 registered teams !
Registrations are now closed. It will still be possible to get on a waitlist, in case a team is cancelling.
We are very pleased to see the heavy interest from 4 nations / 24 Clubs.
The biggest class is the DU15 – Laides with 32 registered teams. WOW! But all other classes are also highly represented. Thanks!! Unfortunately we haven’t received many registration in the U13 classes, so we sadly have decided to skip those classes.
Soon the General Program and Guidelines for the Tournament will be ready. Stay tuned 🙂

Four nations have registered again! We look forward to welcome our German, Swedish and Norwegian friends again this year! Also a warm welcome to all our Danish friends, who participate year after year, but also the new ones. Nice to see 32 clubs represented this year!
